Return Policy

GBC products may be returned or exchanged with regard to product defects, mis-shipments, or any other mishandlings caused by GBC Group. Return requests made due to customers’ own reasons are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee.

Product must be returned in original packaging without missing components. GBC reserves the right to reject any refund or exchange request if the product is received damaged or if any original components are missing.
